It is my priority to make each pet feel as comfortable and as happy as possible when they are in my care. I believe animals have feelings and emotions just as much as people do. My heart melts when it comes to animals, especially dogs. For example, I recently was at a stop light where a man was standing with his dog and he had out a can hoping for money. The dog looked very sad and hungry and so I just had to give $5. Maybe it went towards food for the dog, or maybe it didn't. I have to just hope that it did. I have rescued many animals over the past few years (well they found me) and worked hard to find them good homes. I would adopt 10 dogs if I could afford to... but since I cant, I just make sure that while they are in my care that they are treated as best as can be. I am very prone to each of the dogs feelings and likes/dislikes. My one Chihuahua only will eat off a paper towel and only drink out of a small red cup. This means I have to constantly fill up this little red cup with water but I do it because it makes her happy. Each night I refold the blankets on their dog beds to make sure they are comfortable. I wake up a few times a night to make sure my little one is covered over with a blanket because she loves to sleep under the covers. It's little things like this that I do for ALL pets each and every day. I make sure all dogs have fresh water and toys before leaving them alone as well as remember to leave the tv or radio on for them. I have a big yard that is fenced in the front and back and the dogs love the freedom to roam as they please. A little about my background...I moved to Florida from New Jersey 4 years ago. My mom (who is also my best friend) and step dad live close by, I have a wonderful full time job in Naples as a Project Coordinator, and I bought my first home on my own 1 year ago. I have great references and I am very reliable. I have experience with both large and small dogs. I have had Great Danes of my own and now have two Chihuahuas. I don't believe there is any such thing as "just a dog." I send lots of pictures throughout the stay and I look forward to meeting you and your pets!

We are new to the Ft Myers area & had to find a new dog sitter for our pack of 4 rescues - a Great Dane, a rat terrier, a lab mix & golden retriever mix. They all have unique needs, especially our 10 yr old Dane, but after speaking with Tracy she was up for the challenge of keeping them for 2 weeks. Our dogs are like our children & I wouldn't hesitate having them stay with Tracy again! We can't sing her praises enough! She sent pictures, video, &/or updates nearly every day & by the 2nd or 3rd day they seemed to settle in well which speaks to her spoiling capabilities given the amount of change our dogs were going through & the fact they've never been away from us for that length of time with someone they didn't know well. They didn't seemed stressed at all when we came to get them! Thank you Tracy & Brian for taking great care of our challenging pack!!

Dog Boarding

Very often the pets dont want to leave. I have seen owners having to literally drag the pets by their leash to get them to the car.
